I recently reached out to DSers customer support regarding how to map a supplier or change an existing supplier for my products. The support agent, Adele, was prompt in their response and guided me through the process efficiently. However, I still had some confusion about switching suppliers for a product that had already been listed. A clearer step-by-step guide or walkthrough would be helpful in understanding the process of supplier mapping, especially when switching to a new supplier. Overall, Adele was helpful and professional.

I had my first sale today and was having a few issues with DSers connecting to Ali Express Chloe from DSers was quick to respond and made me realise with good question prompting that it was a 101 error where I was in my personal Ali Express account She was also available for other questions I had as well

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rfimp. He helped me quickly resolve an issue when importing products from AliExpress to DSers, where the products showed an abnormal status, even though they were fine on the AliExpress platform. Additionally, when mapping products, I received notifications that the product was abnormal, even though the products were good. Rfimp was extremely efficient and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the platform, offering excellent support. I highly recommend Rfimp’s service to anyone using DSers for dropshipping. Guys!! I have to say one thing. This is the app, the best tool I've ever used. I can't have any more words than the best meaning I can say. The customer service was fast, friendly, great from the person who helped me. her name is Vivian!! I am the one who started Dropship with a lot of difficulties. and she was willing to help me deal with all those difficulties!! Really lucky to work with her!!
