I recently had a problem with completing an order. It was a weekend and late at night. Aliexpress said the order was in good standing, and Dsers said the order was canceled. Ivan was able to help me correct this issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this app for all shopify store owners

I placed my first order and didn't quite understand some of the process. I reached out to DSer and Chloe help me to understand the process. Chloe appeared to be very knowledgeable and super fast with her response. I felt very secure (as I'm always second guessing myself). She was very patient with me as she answered all of my questions. I love the 24/7 support. Many times on weekend we shop owners are stuck because most aps support is just not there 24/7. Thank you to Luna who just helped me understand how to find us shipped products. I also found I don’t have all buttons on my iPad. So if you are like me and work through different devices, you can copy the url back into dsers to find and import into dsers. But much easier when all buttons are showing on your pc. Thanks Luna for all your help! I will be in touch again soon as I grow,

I had a problem with an issue about having products on my website but on the website it was written Out of stock for almost all my product. With the help of my agent, i change the settings for the shipment and everything is ok now. I got a second problem on the September 7, and the agent told me what to do to unsync the price changing with my store. So That was a good help.
