DSers has been a game-changer for my dropshipping business! The platform is super intuitive and makes managing orders so much easier. The ability to bulk place orders and sync products seamlessly with Shopify has saved me tons of time. Customer support is responsive and always helpful. I had problem with out-of-stock on my store. I contacted Dser to ask support and a staff named "Vivian" promptly gave me useful instructions with clear screenshots and videos. I managed to solve the problem quickly. I'm happy with customer service from DSer and thanks again Vivian.

Great features, easy to use. And most of all, really great service! I used to work with other platforms but decided to move to DSers, since the others have terrible customer service. And it was an amazing decision. Everything has been going great so far with DSers. I definitely recommend this for everyone.

Rfimp helped me to sync my order with shopify .It was very helpfull! Also he tought me how to chnage supliers when I need to change supliers. He sent me the blog with videos for me to learn how to change the suppliers.

Jesse was very helpful and provided me with the insight that I needed regarding my questions. Usually, when I have a question or need help, random people will offer help in exchange for money. However, they were able to provide me with the answers I needed and they were very patient with me. They even sent me a video to further explain to me what to do. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received today.
