When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Chrissy helped me with my problem and gave me many solutions for it. She was very respectful and nice, I recommend the DSers customer support, if you have any problems.

I am not the easiest guy to just take instruction when I am frustrated. But, Vivian understood my frustration and dealt with me in a calm, professional manner. Better yet she explained things to me in a way that made sense. She helped me complete an order to successful conclusion. And it was more than that, she also was able to explain the confusing mapping procedure and other concepts. Vivian was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She was great!
