Frankie in support was fantastic. We had an old Shopify store stuck on our DSers account that the delete button would not clear, and Frankie sorted it out quickly, explained exactly what was needed on our end, and followed through. The app itself is easy to navigate for pushing products and mapping suppliers, and knowing support is this responsive makes it an easy recommendation.

DSers has been great for managing our AliExpress dropshipping across multiple stores. We ran into a mapping issue and their support agent Ava was fantastic - patient, thorough, and stuck with us through several rounds of troubleshooting until everything was working. Product good product for sourcing goods, issue for me was i didnt get store built quick enough. Ran out of funds, they are a good company though refunded me funds, makes the process of listing items much quicker. Also, quick to resolve issue.

Being new to working with DSers for an order cancellation, I was getting frustrated with advice I was getting and accidentally found where to contact someone at DSers!! I was assisted by Esfania, a very personable as well as knowledgeable advisor to help me. I am very proud of my online store Rustic Trail Depot, and I am hoping for a very positive future for my store. Being new to retailing it was a breath of fresh air to have Esfania walk me through the process for cancelling an order between Shopify and DSers. I ended my weekend finally on a positive note thanks to Esfania!!

The online help with Dser was amazing. Teresa was so helpful and gave me instructions that I could follow. MY eyes hurt and I am so tired trying to figure out what to do myself but she helped me so much! 10/10 would recommend
