Très bonne application et excellent support client. J’ai eu un problème après avoir déconnecté ma boutique Shopify, ce qui avait supprimé les données produits et le mapping avec les fournisseurs. L’équipe DSers a été très réactive, professionnelle et patiente pour m’aider à comprendre la situation et trouver une solution. Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. They were there every step of the way. I just couldn't believe the level of customer service. I was so appreciative. And I recommend them to anyone starting a dropship / e-commerce business. Oh and their staff is so friendly too. And this isnt the first time I have needed customer service. Every time they respond extremely quickly and they give screenshots and are so helpful.
