DSers has been a game-changer for my e-commerce operations. The app’s bulk order processing and automation features have drastically reduced the time I spend on fulfillment, allowing me to focus more on growing my business. While the interface isn’t the most user-friendly and requires a bit of a learning curve, the app’s capabilities more than make up for it. A special mention goes to Colleen from the support team—she’s been absolutely amazing! Colleen has been incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding me through any issues I encountered and ensuring I got the most out of the app. Her support made the whole experience much smoother. Despite the interface, I highly recommend DSers for anyone in the dropshipping space. The efficiency it brings and the excellent support from team members like Colleen make it a top-notch choice.

Support responded quickly via messenger (the email was not available). Maria's response was very quick and effective in clarifying a problem with the integration of my Dsers products into Shopify.

DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping pairs well with Shopify. They have good customer service, too. Some of my Shopify settings were incorrect and customer support was able to help me with my problem. Rfimp was knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in less than five minutes. He was also able to walk me through some fulfilment steps. I should be good to go now. The interface seems user-friendly.
