The app is great for researching products. However the support is absolutely fantastic . I've had to contact support twice due to mistakes that I've made and on both occasions the live chat support went above and beyond first was Aimee and the second Celia both were on chat for over an hour each. DSers you have a pair of fantastic support staff in these two. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with DSers’ chat assistant, Vivian. She was super helpful and fixed all my issues really quickly. I asked a bunch of questions, and she answered every single one with no problems at all. Plus, her replies were fast and she was so polite the whole time.
