The app is very easy to work with and their support works great they respond pretty fast in the life chat feature. I had some problems with order fulfillment and Maria from their team helped me right away.

With the in-built Customer-Support Live-chat feature, Colleen was immediate, thorough and patient, clearly explaining how to fix a mistake in mapping multiple sources. My store is back to automated fulfillment, and selling like hotcakes. Happy Merchant Middleman.

I had a lot of questions about the app and how it can help me for my business and live chat support was very prompt and quick to respond. They were very willing to answer my question despite some miscommunication but it worked out in the end. Celia was the one who helped me and was very engaging and thorough to talk to. Compared to other fulfilment apps, this is definitely one of the best.

Bonjour j'ai un problème avec l'application quand j'importe un produit dans ma boutique peut importe le quel je ne peut pas le vendre car apparement il est en rupture de stock alors que sur aliexpress non. Même si je vais dans "produit">stock>continuer a vendre sans stock , cela ne fonctionne pas , avez vous une solution ? merci.

The dsers team was very helpful in showing me how to deal with import of product to my Shopify store and also work out how to use shop mapping. I’m new to DS, so any advice or help is so great for me to launch my site very soon!
