Bonjour j'ai un problème avec l'application quand j'importe un produit dans ma boutique peut importe le quel je ne peut pas le vendre car apparement il est en rupture de stock alors que sur aliexpress non. Même si je vais dans "produit">stock>continuer a vendre sans stock , cela ne fonctionne pas , avez vous une solution ? merci.

The dsers team was very helpful in showing me how to deal with import of product to my Shopify store and also work out how to use shop mapping. I’m new to DS, so any advice or help is so great for me to launch my site very soon!

Wendy was so very helpful! I'm new to dropshipping and she walked me through what i thought was a grave error. She gave easy to follow instructions with screenshots and before i knew it the error was eliminated and i was back on track. Excellent customer service!!

I had issues with order fulfillment because the supplier doesn't deliver to Canada. My other backup suppliers were also unable to deliver to Canada for some reason. Wendy from customer service was very helpful and found a new supplier for me who sells the same product and delivers to Canada, and assisted with changing the supplier for the order. Big thanks!

I was having import and inventory issues and was quickly assisted by Vivian, who promptly and thoroughly explained everything, as well as imported the rest of my missing products! She was very caring, nice, and patient! I will be sure to upgrade to a paid plan soon!
