Je viens de contacter votre plate forme par messenger pour résouder un probléme technique qui m'embété depuis un bon moment. Le premier j'arrivais pas à me contecté à ma boutique avec DSers Le deuxieme à supprimé une de mes boutique qui était là comme boutique de teste. Grace au conseil rapide et éfficasse du Medemoiselle "COLLEEN" avec son expériance en sa baguette magique elle a su me régler ces deux probléme en deux temps deux mouvement. The app is very easy to work with and their support works great they respond pretty fast in the life chat feature. I had some problems with order fulfillment and Maria from their team helped me right away.

I had a lot of questions about the app and how it can help me for my business and live chat support was very prompt and quick to respond. They were very willing to answer my question despite some miscommunication but it worked out in the end. Celia was the one who helped me and was very engaging and thorough to talk to. Compared to other fulfilment apps, this is definitely one of the best.

Bonjour j'ai un problème avec l'application quand j'importe un produit dans ma boutique peut importe le quel je ne peut pas le vendre car apparement il est en rupture de stock alors que sur aliexpress non. Même si je vais dans "produit">stock>continuer a vendre sans stock , cela ne fonctionne pas , avez vous une solution ? merci.
