I had issues with order fulfillment because the supplier doesn't deliver to Canada. My other backup suppliers were also unable to deliver to Canada for some reason. Wendy from customer service was very helpful and found a new supplier for me who sells the same product and delivers to Canada, and assisted with changing the supplier for the order. Big thanks!

When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Shout out to Aurora, one of the chat agents. I dealt with Sandy and she was absolutely brilliant, and had so much patience considering i was having a lot of computer problems. If the rest of the team have 50% of her customer service ability, they will also be amazing!!! no question do i recommend them....
