I gave Colleen 5 stars because she came on the chat to help me about 2 hours ago. She was so patient with this 70 1/2 year lady. She answered all of my questions. My email, password had to be reset. My account had to be reconnected with AliExpress & DSers. She did a great job!

Customer service is Great! Aimee replied in seconds, she answered all my questions, and she helped alot! Thank you DSers for this service Thank you Aimee! Note: I saw some few bad reviews before about price changing which me afraid a little bit, but after I checked the app, I believe people are not aware that many items have "welcome deal" which means the first time you buy the item you will have a big discount but the 2nd time it will much expensive so we just need to see the original price when pricing our products

I had my first experience with DSers live chat and a big thanks to Colleen who guided me through a very lengthy process which i was unsure about and he helped me to understand how DSers order fulfilment works by sending detailed descriptions and lots of diagrams to help me visually understand the issue i was having through DSers

Not only they're there for you 24x7 but the accurateness, the readiness and the welcomeness from their representants! In this case Isak who was detailed, quick and professional with my queries.
