My experience with Neva was a professional one in that showed me much patience in trying to get me to understand the ship ratings i'm seeing on dser/AliEpress as they pertain to setting up rates on shopify store. She tried everything to make it clear and easy for me. I beleive it is me who is not understanding the shipping process. I would like to share my recent experience with Jesse service, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. I have been waiting for over 10 days for a response from customer support, yet I have not received any updates or resolutions to my issue. Additionally, I have been unable to make purchases through the app for the past two days. While the app initially worked well for the first two months, it no longer functions as intended, despite the fact that I am not using the free version. Furthermore, I have found the support team's approach to be overly aggressive in pushing for reviews on multiple platforms, which adds to the frustration when basic issues remain unresolved.

Newbie here Colleen was amazing she new exactly what to do with my issue this morning. I was thinking how to down load all these products into my store one by one. I like this app. It is free and does so much for free. I like that I can order in bulk, I like the chrome extension, I like that I can set a default message to seller. It’s easy to find orders and stay organized. I wish it would pay for the orders for me instead of having to do manually.
