Just started using this app and when I faced a problem, I asked for support via chat and in a couple of minutes Krystal answered and solved everything. Customer support is great and the user interface and integration with the store are also smooth and well done

I have to say I have had excellent service all the way! Sometimes I have issues because I am not used to doing things on the computer or Internet and this stuff is very foreign to me, but I have a customer service representative like the last person I had Blanca, who was absolutely excellent and really took their time and gave me a lot of their time to help me get through the issue I was having. I really appreciated her A+++++ service ! Thank You

I have stared shopify store just by watching videos on YouTube but that was not enough information. I was so confused about some issues i was facing then I just thought to mail DSers . I had spoken with a member of staff called Sally. They was so much help and explained more than I needed to know (which I actually needed to know). The app in general is great to use and when you get used to using everything, dropshipping becomes so much easier and you can list and sell items in a matter of minutes. Thanks HodgsonHome
