Hello, I just received the best customer experience with my DSER Technical Support. My Representative Rita Was SUPER!!!!!! I was totally clueless, RITA nailed it. she was so patient with me and so kind thoughtful and helpful. If this is the kind of service, I will receive from DSER I will be a Lifelong customer. I needed to get DSers disconnected from a Shopify store that was already deactivated. I opened a chat with DSers and Rin responded straight away. Rin first of all checked with me that I was aware this would delete all the DSers data associated with that store and that I wanted to go ahead. After that it took only a minute and the issue was cleared up. Very courteous, helpful, and efficient support from Rin and DSers.

I appreciate the fast help I got on Messenger. Despite the ongoing issue, Olivia from chat support has been amazing. She brings a good mood to our chats, like a supportive friend. I hope all customer support could be this positive. Olivia also uses stickers, which is nice but still keeps things professional. I think it would be helpful to have a floating icon on the platform for easy access to live chat with agents. This would save time from going through Messenger. Sometimes Messenger can take a while to respond, but that's just how it is. Overall, I'm really happy with their customer support, especially Olivia's help. Thank you, Olivia!
