The Dserd support team really helped me out. I realised that i had to fulfil the product on their website as suppose to requesting to fill it out. It has saved me so much money. They also replied at lightning speed, wrote what needed to be done and was friendly. 5/5.

Can be glitchy sometimes, but makes up for it with a very useful free plan and FANTASTIC 24 hour customer service. I've never had an issue that wasn't solved by their customer service almost instantly. They're always on-call through chat. Support member Lena not only answered my DSers question, but even helped me with Shopify stuff! Amazing!!! Thank you <3

There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.
