I recently had an excellent experience with Lucy a DSers customer service representative. She went above and beyond, providing numerous images and clear step-by-step directions for a rather complicated task. Despite the complexity and uniqueness of my request, she understood my needs and communicated effectively. The customer service was outstanding, and I received timely assistance. Highly satisfied with the support I received from DSers. Update!! On 5.17.2024Krystal from DSers exceeded all my expectations! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but she also demonstrated kindness and patience throughout our interactions. Her response time was lightning-fast, and she even waited patiently while I tested the instructions she provided. What truly stood out to me was how she made me feel valued and heard; even when I felt stuck, she always had a solution ready. I was just starting out and was confused about some orders that seemed held up. I was shocked to get a prompt response to the Facebook messenger chat from Sandy, who helped me iron out all my orders and teach me how to do it myself along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this app. Adele was SUPER helpful getting me started! Once I sent a chat, she responded in a matter of seconds. I'm currently on the free plan but after this, I will definitely upgrade as I see this is an app that I will be using a lot.

Chrissy, was a great help! I was completely lost in how to pay for and ship my order. I am new to Shopify and this was my First sale. Chrissy helped guide me in everything and made sure my order was shipped out! She also went step my step and showed my how to place my order. Great customer service!

Selena in the Customer service chat was amazing! She helped me remap a supplier in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU! 2/23/24-Lennon in the Customer service chat was also AMAZING! He helped me find where to edit my "Compare To" pricing in Shopify (after import from DSers). Next time I'm going to the chat 1st - I wasted an hour searching online for the answer without success. Lennnon helped me fix it within a few minutes. KUDOS!
