I needed some help from Dsers about my fullfilment process and how things work, i am new on dsers. And i can surely say that it was a 10/10 service. A very nice girl named Aimee helped me and she answered EVERY question i asked not only fast, but very clear. She has pro customer treatment skills, and helped me more than i expected. I felt comfortable asking anything. Give her a raise!

Things can get really confusing when you have a lot of orders. I am more than satisfied with the assistance given when i messed mine all up. Also a good provider for drop shipping. Big selection of products that arrive in under 2 weeks most of the time.

I've been using DSers since I started dropshipping. The 24k+ 5 star reviews should be proof enough that this is the goto company to work with when dropshipping aliexpress products. Am I've only used the free version! Today is another example of why I stick with them. I contacted support via messenger and immediately was helped by Wendy. I was looking at my options to move my store to Wordpress and Wendy took the time to show me exactly how I could do that if I decide to make the move. She didn't try to upsell me on anything, just showed me how to do this for free. To get the support so quickly and so friendly is exactly what I needed. So thankful for Wendy's help!

Lucy was fantastic, very helpful and patient. I deeply appreciate the help she gave me and showed me new information on on Dsers, I have't yet figured out how to do on my own. She even deleted old stores for me.
