I was having so many silly problems with bringing my products to DSers. Isla to the rescue. She easily directed me to the right places to identify my problems. In a matter of minutes, problems were solved. Bravo Zula Isla.

The app is great despite a few issues after the update (mostly my fault as I'm not very tech-savvy). However, I would like to highly commend the support team, which was EXTREMELY helpful and always responded quickly to every question I had. Within an hour, we managed to recover my access together, even though I was very afraid of losing my products. I am very satisfied and warmly recommend it.

Jully was excellent in providing quick and effective customer service on messenger. Treats so good. So fast and so helpful. Every time I've asked for help on messenger it is very quick and effective for Dsers/Aliexpress support even on the free plan. Highly recommend it based on customer service.
