Hello, I just received the best customer experience with my DSER Technical Support. My Representative Rita Was SUPER!!!!!! I was totally clueless, RITA nailed it. she was so patient with me and so kind thoughtful and helpful. If this is the kind of service, I will receive from DSER I will be a Lifelong customer. Lucy was extremely helpful in solving an issue I had been facing for quite a while now, not being able to sign in with the credentials I had been using until now.
