Will give another review upon my issue being completely cleared up, but as far as service, Jessica were very helpful...Had another issue on 9/21 and my good friend TANG helped me the whole way through!!

I can't give an honest review yet because I just started the app today. I will get back to this review in a month or two, But what I can say is that it is true that the customer service is good. Jessica was available within minutes of contacting. She was very helpful and answered a handful of questions I had about shipping and tracking. So let's see how this goes. So far so good.

Great service, thanks to Ruby for helping me out, nontheless, the problem DSERS had of not making some orders was really bad, i made some orders and they all worked, but then i realize that the order has been made but i had no tracking number on them, so when i check it its bc dsers didnt made the order to alixpress, without telling me.

the support is active and it answered my questions at the moment, a good app, an easy to use application even there is not a lot of functionality ms it is practical

super pratique pour gérer les commandes . cette app est vraiment complète et fait très bien le lien entre vous et Aliexpress . Bon après il faut un peu trifouiller ce n'est pas toujours très clair surtout quand vous venez de débuter, le seul point négatif est que tout est en anglais je trouve ça dommage

This App is really helpful, especially customer service is excellent. But I lost some functions I had with Oberlo, for example, you can't have product prices automatically updated with advanced price rules. It is an everyday headache for me since I have hundreds of products. I have to update prices manually

Demora muito o atendimento, no mínimo 2 horas pra me responderem. As falhas no processamento são mto recorrentes e isso é ruim!!!
