I love this app. I was having trouble setting up this app but they have 24/7 customer service and Blanca from dsers helped me get things going in less than 15 minutes!!!! she was very helpful and the setup was fast and makes the ordering process easy

Customer service is excellent Especially (Blanca). The team stands out for their quick response, courteous behavior, and professionalism in resolving issues. My request was handled with great attention, and an appropriate solution was provided in a very timely manner, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction. I had a lot of issues trying to fulfill some orders and had no idea what to do at one point so I reached out to support and Kimi helped me sort everything out so quickly and easily it was amazing. I don't know what I would have done without her she was such a huge help!

I had a very complicated issue and to be honest I wasnt believing to resolve it. But the live support is provided me AMAZING SUPPORT. The support is struggle a lot till 45 minutes and fixed it. Thank you so much for you have PERFECT STAFFS.

I download DSers App months ago with a personal email adress and have an issue with this e-mail adress went was the time to change for my business email adress , many issue , spend lots of time to try at solving the problem without success, Shopify Team and Sidekick are very precious to help, very good service with Shopify , so back to my story , the issue was difficult to solve , so it's about data , so anyone who will face the same problem , go at : account/link managed/whitelist is manage for AliExpress and others suppliers list , and reviews or change email as you need, if you still have difficulty, Support DSers , Aimee was my Superhero yesterday's , she sweet to chat , patient with user , I was very happy after she fix my issue . very helpful , Thank you again Aimee
