Although we were not able to resolve the problem I am having, Rita tried for over two solid hours to track the problem. She was very patient and explained what she was doing to help all along the way. She was kind and agree at the end to keep looking for a solution and to let me know if one could be found.
They treated me incredibly well, kindly and attentively.
Ashley was very kind, patient, and helpful. She assisted me with my billing issue and refund request professionally. Great customer support!

I had a chat with Dsers help. The issue was solved quickly, and I am really satisfied. Despite the problem was technical requirement from the supplier, Dsers operator was fully aware of it, and problem was solved fast.

Excellent support! The response time was incredibly fast. I contacted the DSers support team to change my store currency, and they handled the entire request in less than 5 minutes. They replied almost immediately, understood exactly what I needed, and changed the currency without any unnecessary back-and-forth. Very efficient and professional customer service. Thank you!
