There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.

Things can get really confusing when you have a lot of orders. I am more than satisfied with the assistance given when i messed mine all up. Also a good provider for drop shipping. Big selection of products that arrive in under 2 weeks most of the time.

I've been using DSers since I started dropshipping. The 24k+ 5 star reviews should be proof enough that this is the goto company to work with when dropshipping aliexpress products. Am I've only used the free version! Today is another example of why I stick with them. I contacted support via messenger and immediately was helped by Wendy. I was looking at my options to move my store to Wordpress and Wendy took the time to show me exactly how I could do that if I decide to make the move. She didn't try to upsell me on anything, just showed me how to do this for free. To get the support so quickly and so friendly is exactly what I needed. So thankful for Wendy's help!

I love Dsers, makes it so so easy to handle and fulfill orders. I use also CJ dropshipping but at the end i find always the perfect match products on DSERS , Cj is kind of complicated and prices much higher. Also support is amazing, in just 2 minutes with the help of Isla, i fixed a ''ghost order'' that was not being fulfilled, due to some mistake of mine, with the help of their staff .Thanks a lot isla
