I just discovered Dsers today, so there are quite a lot of new things I need to ask about, but I was warmly assisted by an employee named Ralla, who was very enthusiastic and specific, completely helping me solve each issue I encountered. After being guided specifically, I found this application quite easy to use, and I hope it brings me many orders in the future.

I was having an issue seeing my orders in AliExpress and did not realize that my orders were under a different account and from DSers did some research and identified that there might be an issue with the account I'm logged in with, and sure enough an account that I thought was deactivated contained the orders I was looking for.
