First time I needed the D-Sers support, and I was surprised how efficient it is. All the contact was made through emails with very quick responses. Olivia with the DSERs team was Great! Fast, Fabulous Screen Shots, and very helpful! My experience thus far with all my interactions (and there have been several) have been Fabulous - while the outcome may not have been what I would have wished for on the supplier end - the DSERs (especially Olivia) have been great to work with.
