I had a situation with the address of my first order but "Lucy" immediately appeared on the support chat and solved all my doubts, amazing customer service. I was really surprised with the warmth,patience, speed and effectiveness of the support. I felt that Lucy was an expert friend in the subject and was helping me at all times, she even calmed me down so I wouldn't be afraid haha. I thank her very much. Then the application is excellent, it works very fast and is effective. Highly recommended!

Rfimp went above and beyond to help me out, one of the best customer service I've ever had. Even though Dsers sucks compared to Oberlo, I'm glad there are some competent support people that work for Dsers.

Im starting up as a dropshipper, and have had a lot of orders already, so i wanted to start using DSers. I connected with them on messenger, and Isak was very helpfull in starting everything up for me, and showing me how to do things properly. Would definetly recommend contacting them with any questions, really nice customer service!
