Today I had the opportunity to have Ms. Wendy for my DSers customer service “Live Chat." representative. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through my shipping crisis. Wendy's excellent customer service absolutely made my day. I felt like she held my hand every step of the way. She did a great job trouble shooting the issue, answered all my questions, and included screen shots for clarity. The best part is she stayed with me until the issue was resolved and my customer’s order was fulfilled successfully. Ms. Wendy exceeded my expectations, resolved my issue and definitely made my experience with her and DSers the BEST part of my day. I recommend DSers 100% for your online Aliexpress service.

Sandy was the individual that helped me today. She saved me a lot of time trying to figure out why my mapping another supplier wasn't working. She prompted with step by step screenshots that made it easy for me to follow those steps. At the end the task I had trouble with was solved thanks to Sandy!

I'm a fresh kid to drop shipping and was having so many hiccups aligning my orders from Shopify to AliExpress - I was somewhat confused but out of no where like an angel was Jully she was kind, caring, understanding, and took great action in fixing the matter at hand. Jully rescued me with that jug of water when I needed her most. I'd greatly recommend anyone to work with Jully 24/7. She's amazing and deserve kudos from her supervisor or manager. Jully saved my day like a bag of cash. Thanks a mil team wonder!
