I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me. I am honestly very impressed by the customer service and especially by Chris. I was worried I would have to chat with a bot, but I got an angel instead

Today I had the opportunity to have Ms. Wendy for my DSers customer service “Live Chat." representative. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through my shipping crisis. Wendy's excellent customer service absolutely made my day. I felt like she held my hand every step of the way. She did a great job trouble shooting the issue, answered all my questions, and included screen shots for clarity. The best part is she stayed with me until the issue was resolved and my customer’s order was fulfilled successfully.
