I've had the upmost pleasant experience with DSers customer service today and I must say the have gone above and beyond all my expectations, usually when dealing with customer service the employee tries to provide excuses or fix your issue just to end there interaction with the customer, so I am happy to state that my experience today with DSers customer care representative Rfimp was nothing short of spectacular! not only did he provide me with answers regarding my inquiry, he also provided a full on explanation with screen shots and also provided me with some guidance outside of his service. highly highly recommended.

I have had this app in my store for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. Their customer support is outstanding. Thanks, Holly, for your amazing support! There are always available when I run into any issues. The software integration with my store is flawless. I haven't had any issues with orders. Adding products new products is a breeze. I've tried others and this one in my opinion is the best.

I am very new to dropshipping. I got my first order and the product wasn't mapped properly through the sourcer for fulfillment to the customer. Lucia walked me through the process. She was very patient in explaining it. She shared screenshots of how to correctly handle the problem. She continued to follow up to make sure I was able to correct my problem.
