Je viens de terminer une discussion avec Emma concernant un problème que j'ai rencontré lors du passage de ma commande. Elle a été très sympathique, a répondu et résolu le problème rapidement. De plus, elle a pris le temps de me montrer comment je pourrais procéder à l'avenir, sur ma demande, pour éviter que cela se reproduise. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je contacte le service client ; ils répondent vite et l'équipe offre un excellent support.

I needed help with fulfilling an order. Jully Who was my rep was heaven sent. I was clueless and she helped me from start to finish. She went above and beyond to assist me. I’m very grateful to have come across this level of customer service. Please give this person a raise. She truly deserve it !

I got my first order today for my store agothicuniverse.com & I could not figure out how to upgrade the shipping. I was freaking out but I went to the DSers Chat & Sylvia helped me! She was fast & was able to fix my problem so I could fulfill my order! I'm so happy now! I can't thank Sylvia enough.
