DSER’s service is really fast and their resolution process is excellent. What I liked the most is that there is a real person available live who listens to your problems and provides solutions in real time. Customer service is great! Luna was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me with an issue i was stressing over and reassured me right away and answered my questions thoroughly and solved my issue. Way better than other platforms I have used. 100% recommend. I'm already satisfied and I just added them as a dropship platform last night.

I have been looking for a long time to help import products to my store and I stumbled upon Dsers. When I couldn't figure out how it worked, I jumped on the Chat box and it was there that I truly got surprised. I'm new to selling online and had my first orders last month. I thought all I had to do was hit dsers fulfillment and that's all. Three weeks later I discovered that the orders hadn't been placed because I had to place them for the buyers. A million thanks to Dsers customer service for their patience and knowledge on how to help me through this learning stage. You guys saved my butt!!
