I’ve used DSers for more than 18 months and it’s such a vital app for my business. I’ve rarely needed to use their support team but on my most recent experience, the support team were knowledgeable, polite, spoke excellent English and resolved my issue at speed. Couldn’t recommend DSers highly enough.

We downloaded the app and have working on it for a couple of days now. Of course some questions as to the setup and how it works in our live store arose. I spoke with Neva from support. The support has been wonderful not only in answering my questions and checking my setup with the Dsers application to make sure everything was set up properly, but also gave me clear and consice directions on what settings I should change in my shopify store to make things run smoothly and even assisted me with placing test orders to ensure everything was OK. I was really impressed with the quality of the support. We look forward to utilizing the app.

I got my first order and was panicking because the item was not connected. I connected support and Neva was an Angel. She guided me thru the entire process of rollbacking my order and mapping a supplier. She checked that i forfill it correctly and help make sure i paid correctly. Great customer service and took away from anxiety
