Rin, was a great help to me today. I had an issue with my orders syncing up from Aliexpress to DSer to Shopify. Rin had me synced up in a matter of minutes. I wish had reached out sooner it would have saved me a lot of time!

@ Raphael - Wir hatten heute größere Probleme mit Dsers als Anfänger. Haben den ganzen Tag nach dem Fehler und den Möglichkeiten gesucht, alles hinzubekommen. Ohne Erfolg. Bis wir mit Raphael angefangen haben zu kommunizieren. Raphael hat uns nicht nur mit dem Fehler perfekt geholfen, sondern darüber hinaus noch unseren Dsers Server mit dem Lieferanten und Shopify perfekt verbunden und uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir Raphael erwischt haben, sonst würden wir jetzt nach Stunden noch daran hängen. Vielen lieben Dank Raphael. Und natürlich Dsers Team für die Hilfe. Viele Grüße.
