When i faced problem using the DSers, the support is 24/7 and able to guide me to solve my problem, patiently and politely guide me thru until my problem resolved. I can even ask a second and third questions for my other shopify store, the supporter is very knowledgable to help. Highly recommended.

Lacey ... what can I say.... Took the time to help me and was super knowledgeable about the platform even though I am not. Sent screen shots with arrows and easy to follow instructions. I am new to this and its always good to know there are people like Lacey waiting in the wings to lend a hand. They saved me a tonne of time and effort and panic in not being able to fulfil a customer in United Stated that had ordered from me. Highly recommend Dsers and Lacey as an assistant to people needing it. Keep up the great work Lacey! Thanks You ;-)

Customer service at Dsers is fantastic! Very responsive, helpful and highly dedicated. I requested help on an order and Elora guided me through the process and solved it for me, while giving me recommendations on what to do and not to do. Legend!

DSers Support Review I had a great experience with Aurora [DSers support] while resetting my password. The agent was patient, calm, and never rushed me through the process. Aurora took their time to make sure I understood each step and stayed with me until everything was fully resolved. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the level of care they provided.
