Eden was the best, apparently, dsers had an unexpected server issue which I assumed was something I broke, but she told me it's going to be fixed soon and that their team is working on it, to much of my relief. great customer service and genuinely nice people

Have just started getting orders with Dsers and Sherry was absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything sent relevant information and solved the problem and was also so patient when I was taking the steps she asked me to do as it took a while to sort things. Excellent help and customer service from her I could not recommend her enough and she helped me get the order through. Fantastic! Would recommend highly!

i'm really happy with Dsers. I've been using this app since 2021 and there is nothing to complain about it. I totally recomend Dsers to anybody who wants to start Dropshipping using aliexpress as a suplier.

Connected to a great agent named Neva. Went through the process patiently as I am still fresh into drop-shipping. Provided screenshots regarding the steps needed to address the problem I was experiencing and swiftly found a solution. Additionally, clarifying some other questions I had.
