I literally just started testing dropshipping products last week. First product bombed, no sales. Today I had 3 sales and was so lost as to why I couldn't get it fulfilled I almost just refunded them. I was having an issue that no youtube vids or google could help me solve over a few hours. I contacted DSers support and Isak was super cool! He looked at my account, found out what the problem was and in like 10 minutes he explained to me the whole process. I just now got the 3 customers products paid for via DSers. Thanks Isak! I almost refunded them! lol
