I was using/battling/ruining my existence using Spocket and after another issue with their Aliscraper/AliExpress set up I went to Google and found Dsers and THANK GOD I DID (as an example with Spocket, once you push a product to Shopify you can no longer see the aliexpress product page for that specific product. They suggested I start a list/save all my aliexpress product URLs to refer back to.... on thousands of products? No cheers!) ANYWAY, I have just started re-setting up my store using Dsers and the platform is incredible and better still, Sherry from the customer service team has been helping me every step and has been a star. I really feel like this could end up being a viable side hustle now whereas before it was ending up more work than my full time job!! Thank you Sherry and team! Emily x

I've heard a lot of complaints about this app, but I have not experienced not even one of them. This app makes it loads easier fulfilling orders through ali, and has saved loads of time transferring products up onto our store. Their live support is almost always online as well and extremely helpful.

I was having an issue with my Dsers and I was helped by Selena. I have to say she is one of the most patient, understanding representatives I ever had. She assisted me, she provided step by step guidance and also showed pictures of every step and explained it to me completely thorough. she gave continuous clarity and help through the nearly 2.5 hour chat we had(yes, I'm not the best at software and apps) and she had the patience and constant reassurance and helping me trouble shoot my inquiry. Selena my hats off to you for being an absolute star in assisting people/businesses. There should be more people like you. Thank You very Much!
