My first time using the app, I had to rollback the fulfillment. The app wasn't doing it after two tried. Customer service fixed it immediately. Thanks Jully! The app works pretty smoothly. i really like the options to optimize and find other sources for the product. The orders sync well too. Would recommend.

I was having the hardest time getting my order to process, I was pulling my hair out. I contacted DSERs and talked to Jully. Oh my! What a huge help this person was! They told me the problem, searched for a new supplier, found one and added the new supplier to my order. So grateful. Very patient as I am somewhat new to this and I couldnt have done it with Jully.
