The app is an absolute nightmare. Orders always have a problem when being placed. Api charges extra shipping costs that do not exist. Customer service although helpful does not know most of the time what the problem is. If a ticket is launched no one checks it and gets back to you. Customer phone numbers never get synced properly. Some products do not sync the correct price and ends up in a loss when placing an order and so on and so fourth. There is a list of problems which I cannot possibly post all. I will be soon leaving this app for another app. Very disappointed!!!

As an enthusiastic e-commerce entrepreneur, I was initially drawn to the promise of simplification and efficiency that DSers-AliExpress boasted for my dropshipping business. However, my journey has been anything but beneficial, turning into a collection of challenges and disappointments that I need to share. Deceptive Practices with Reviews: My first red flag was noticing that many positive reviews about DSers seem to be self-produced. This manipulation of their service perception is not only misleading but undermines trust right from the start. Consumers rely on honest and transparent reviews to make informed decisions, and this questionable practice has muddied the reliability of the information available. Scaling Price Issues: Beyond questionable reviews, my primary concern has been DSers' pricing policy. As my sales increased, so did the fees, unjustifiably and without notice, eroding my profits and jeopardizing my business's sustainability. Inadequate Order Management and Tracking Updates: The promised efficiency in order management turned out to be a fallacy, with erratic and often absent tracking updates, leaving me and my customers in a constant state of uncertainty. Disconnected Customer Service: Interactions with customer service have been equally disheartening, characterized by late and unhelpful responses that offered no real solutions to encountered issues. Inconsistent Product Quality and Descriptions: The discrepancy between product descriptions and the items actually received has damaged my store's reputation, increasing complaints and returns that I've had to handle directly. Conclusion: My experience with DSers-AliExpress has been deeply negative, marred by deceptive practices, an opaque pricing policy, deficiencies in order management, and inadequate customer service. To those considering using this service to scale their dropshipping business, I would recommend proceeding with extreme caution or seeking more transparent and reliable alternatives. Integrity and transparency are crucial in e-commerce, and sadly, my trust in DSers has completely evaporated. Advice to DSers and AliExpress: Adopting a stance of total transparency, especially regarding reviews and pricing policy, is imperative. Without significant improvement in these areas, it will be challenging for the e-commerce community to view their services as a viable option.

The app is not working their servers are not functioning properly randomly. Now i get mapping error and i have 500 orders waiting to fulfilll and i cannot fulfill them cause their app is broken once again!!!!!!!!

Terrible app. i've asked several times about who keeps changing these prices? you all said aliexpress. Well that's not true. It's DSer. Everyday it's atleast 99 products everyday you all are changing in your app. I get on here every day & compare your notifications to inventory or out of stock to aliexpress everyday. I took screenshots of products same price & not out of stock. It's DSer . Dser your inventory or stores take up til 24-30 days shipping. i have stores w/14 days on aliexpress shipping. also another store 5-7 days . I've been purchasing from them & clients. I don't like your store pinned to my shopify.. it's a problem. i have to go out of my way to send for help. i've changed the settings & still getting notifications of items out of stock & u all want us to pay for your mistakes.

Terrible app. It doesn't calculates the price correctly, it has a lot of bugs getting and calculating shipping price, and they limit you by subscription on most important features like updating store prices. It looks like they don't want you to sell, simple the worst dropshipping app ever.

new update: we found out, we can log into old device with old password, even after changing password on another device. This is a serious flaw in their security system I have been with Dsers for a year, before the Sept and after the major update. It seems pretty and nice, but for operation, it is terrible. Using Oberlo, ordering took 1 hour, after using Dser, it jump from 2.30hours to 6 hours. You might ask why? Every day, we had to remap variants for orders about 40%. Then we have to check it is same product, size etc as per the Shopify order as they have make mistakes in the past. Customer services may be good as we pay for it but it is useless and the IT team is useless and come back with the wrong answer. Option 2 chrome extension failed and it is day 3 and we are losing discount, coupons, they advise was to process the orders manually. As merchant is changing the tracking number, they combined the parcels, but the auto update of tracking by Dser does not work, we have to update manually. It says 90mins but it takes 120 mins and after the updates it takes 4-5 hours. We always find issues, I wish they focus on ordering app, then trying to be another Shopify and financial app, as many of the functions looks nice but only work 60% making it useless.

For the past month this dreadful app has been besieged with issues. Ever since their system update, seemingly. Tracking isn't being sent to my customers (with no way to do this manually), a new layout which means orders can easily be missed (ie hiding the 'unmapped' orders in a new section), and constantly booting me out and telling me my store isnt recognised (after 3 years of using the app daily). Totally unacceptable. No offer of any refund for all of the inconvenience. Shopify needs to find a new app for dropshippers urgently. The only decent thing is the prompt customer service, hence why I've given it a star.

This is extremely frustrating . They added Tmall without my authorization and now my store is completely messed up. I reached out to support and they play game all day instead of fixing my issue which i provided several times (min 5 times). Each time some Victoria keeps telling me to verify my email and sent screenshot of my problems with details of my issue and they keep playing games. This is extremely frustrating. I don't even know why Shopify deals with this company. Tmall is something i don't even use. Why is it forced on my account without my authorization. I will be looking at replacing this app today.

Since the upgrade on Sep 12, DSers will process the order to AliExpress. It successfully gets there an I pay for the order. BUT the order simply disappears and is no longer in DSers...Not Awaiting, Not fulfilled,... NOTHING I now have to monitor the orders MANUALLY....and do shipping fulfillment MANUALLY ... They didnt upgrade their system, they JUST BROKE everything.... DID THEY TEST ANYTHING? I have submitted emails with full descriptions and screen shots and I get NO ANSWER

I don't understand what the need was to upgrade the system when everything was working perfectly fine! For no reason they decided to make changes and have created a mess! Suddenly, they have created new tabs for aliexpress and unmapped orders which creates more work because you can not place order from unmappped orders tab. As soon as you manually add a new supplier, it goes to a different tab and you need to place an order there! Seriously looking for an alternative now!

The new September 2023 DSers update is unbelievably underwhelming. Support has been so far from helpful as well. I'm experiencing a bug with package tracking that is extremely easy to solve, but support simply can't understand. When sending customer notification emails after an order ships, I select "Other" and use my own websites Track Order page URL. It was working fine in the previous DSers version, no issues. Now with this new update, it's adding "%s" at the end of my custom URL link, which is making the page unavailable and causing an error message. If I'm already inputting a custom URL, why would it add "%s" at the end of my URL for absolutely no reason. Please solve this issue and make sure the Custom URL provided stays the exact same way it was set, without adding anything to the end. Orders are also taking significantly longer to place, and sometimes don't even work at all. Should've left the app the way it was. Will be deleting permanently if these issues persist.
