I've been using Dsers for many years, but recently I've been having problems every day when placing orders... Now I literally can't process ANY order, with the following error message: "AliExpress found a CPF issue. Contact your buyer to check CPF accuracy " All orders with the same message, all of them! There's nothing wrong with the customers' CPF, it's a bug in the platform that no one solves... If anyone can help me I'd be grateful, as I have hundreds of orders to send!

I signed us with the basic plan (12/2024) which is "forever free" and cancelled the plan shortly after AND UNINSTALL the app as i didn't think this company would be the right fit for the business i'm trying to get into. Today 17/01/2025, my bank account was charged $49.90 for a pro plan that i did not subscribe to. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please refund my money to my bank account. Why would you charge me for a plan i DID NOT subscribe to?? Doesn't that constitute stealing? I already emailed your support staff at [email protected] and waiting for a response so please DON'T ask me to shed any more light on this situation. It's really simple - You charged me $49.90 for something i did not subscribed to and now i am requesting my refund.

Avoid DSers and their suppliers on Tmall at all costs! Mislabeled products, zero accountability, and endless excuses. I had to pay out of pocket to fix their mistakes while my orders remain on hold. They don’t care about their customers—don’t let them ruin your business too!

Easy app to use and connect however; Check on dsers after your 14 day free trial, they automatically charge you for the pro subscription $50 a month after the 14 days without asking or letting you know, instead of going to the basic $0 plan.

When using free(Basic) subscription, we still have a bill of 49.90 for pro subscription. We would like to have this solved as soon as posible with a refund for money we had no intention to pay. If there is even cheaper subscription then the sum we pay, it is absolutely absurd. If this is for downloading, Dsers should have stated it, but the only thing there was is that there is a free subscription. This happened twice, once we got it delete after with no intent to pay, but by assumption of an employer that it was a mistake and plan was changed, it was dowloaded again, and same scenario has occured. Please take care of it.

i was amazed to see over 6 different answer when i requested support from Dser!!!!! first answer i just got a walkthrough on something not even related to my request, i only answered did you read my request? and it started to fall down, without any response for me, all they were doing was backing last email senders back forgetting to answer me! i found a solution. DELETE. problem solved!

Wow. I spent over an hour talking to customer service, sending screenshots and a full video, only to have the agent be the most unhelpful and unknowledgeable person. It took everything in my power to remember I was talking to a person, but my goodness. How are you the support of a product understand? I run an entire tech company and had one very simple question and was left with both a headache and a request to cancel my entire account.

The app is an absolute nightmare. Orders always have a problem when being placed. Api charges extra shipping costs that do not exist. Customer service although helpful does not know most of the time what the problem is. If a ticket is launched no one checks it and gets back to you. Customer phone numbers never get synced properly. Some products do not sync the correct price and ends up in a loss when placing an order and so on and so fourth. There is a list of problems which I cannot possibly post all. I will be soon leaving this app for another app. Very disappointed!!!

As an enthusiastic e-commerce entrepreneur, I was initially drawn to the promise of simplification and efficiency that DSers-AliExpress boasted for my dropshipping business. However, my journey has been anything but beneficial, turning into a collection of challenges and disappointments that I need to share. Deceptive Practices with Reviews: My first red flag was noticing that many positive reviews about DSers seem to be self-produced. This manipulation of their service perception is not only misleading but undermines trust right from the start. Consumers rely on honest and transparent reviews to make informed decisions, and this questionable practice has muddied the reliability of the information available. Scaling Price Issues: Beyond questionable reviews, my primary concern has been DSers' pricing policy. As my sales increased, so did the fees, unjustifiably and without notice, eroding my profits and jeopardizing my business's sustainability. Inadequate Order Management and Tracking Updates: The promised efficiency in order management turned out to be a fallacy, with erratic and often absent tracking updates, leaving me and my customers in a constant state of uncertainty. Disconnected Customer Service: Interactions with customer service have been equally disheartening, characterized by late and unhelpful responses that offered no real solutions to encountered issues. Inconsistent Product Quality and Descriptions: The discrepancy between product descriptions and the items actually received has damaged my store's reputation, increasing complaints and returns that I've had to handle directly. Conclusion: My experience with DSers-AliExpress has been deeply negative, marred by deceptive practices, an opaque pricing policy, deficiencies in order management, and inadequate customer service. To those considering using this service to scale their dropshipping business, I would recommend proceeding with extreme caution or seeking more transparent and reliable alternatives. Integrity and transparency are crucial in e-commerce, and sadly, my trust in DSers has completely evaporated. Advice to DSers and AliExpress: Adopting a stance of total transparency, especially regarding reviews and pricing policy, is imperative. Without significant improvement in these areas, it will be challenging for the e-commerce community to view their services as a viable option.

Of course, there are also some paid plans, and those have limitations as well, but our pricing is transparent, and even lower than some other apps. As your business grow, you may have new needs, and that's when some paid plans might be useful, but there's no forcing you to upgrade. For the product quality and description, please note that those are entirely AliExpress dependant. If you had bad experience, I suggest to improve your product research and select other suppliers, or potentially use another supplier platform, like Tmall, or work directly with agents. The app is not working their servers are not functioning properly randomly. Now i get mapping error and i have 500 orders waiting to fulfilll and i cannot fulfill them cause their app is broken once again!!!!!!!!

At first glance, a good application, but the main problem is that for my Shopify store they do not display delivery dates for customers on the checkout! I wrote about this problem to all support, but no one could do anything, it’s a shame, but I think this is a serious reason to stop working with Dsers
