I'm new to drop shipping and just added DSers today. Of course I am a little lost being so new and I had a question right away. I reached out to support and immediately got a response from Eden. I recently encountered a technical issue while using the Dsers app via Shopify. After loading in a new product this morning, I discovered that it wasn't functioning properly when customers tried to browse the site. Frustrated with the support on the Shopify side, I decided to reach out to the Dsers support team for assistance. To my pleasant surprise, the Dsers support team, especially Via, was incredibly responsive and helpful. In just a few minutes, Via addressed my concerns and provided a solution that allowed me to make the product live for my customers. The level of support I received from Dsers was nothing short of exceptional. This incident highlighted the efficiency and effectiveness of the Dsers support team, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth resolution. I appreciate their prompt assistance and dedication to ensuring their users have a positive experience. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on such a reliable support system when facing challenges with the Dsers app. Kudos to Via and the entire Dsers team for their outstanding support!

Services impeccable ; à chaque fois que j'ai besoin, j'ai toujours une réponse et en plus casi instantanément. Là, c'est NEVA, qui m'a sortis d'affaire.
