Après une mauvaise manipulation sur mon site de commerce électronique, j'ai contacté le service clientèle et après quelques minutes, ils m'ont sorti d'une très mauvaise situation. Ils méritent plus que 5 étoiles. Vraiment un GRAND MERCI ! I don't usually give reviews, but to be honest, I really wanted to take the time and thank you very highly, because I am very satisfied with the DSers customer service of "Neva". After a bad manipulation on my e-commerce site, I contacted the customer service and after a few minutes they got me out of a very bad situation. They deserve more than 5 stars. The app is great for drop shipping, but I'd like to take a moment for their amazing 24/7 support staff. For example, I was assisted by "Chris" to help me with how shipping and orders work from Shopify to DSers to Ali-Express. This has helped a ton to kickstart me on my journey to e success. 4.9 stars. In addition, I would 99.99% recommend this to a friend or fellow Entrepreneur/online business owner.
