I am still learning as I go with my new shopify store and the whole dropshipping business. I came across a little issue and was able to live chat with Sylvia, who guided me step by step and explained the process I had to do in order to fix my issue. She was awesome and I'm very grateful for all her help.

Nonostante all'inizio non sia stato tutto rose e fiori, adesso riesco ad apprezzare questa app soprattutto per il tempestivo supporto del servizio clienti. This app takes a little getting used to but it really simplifies the Aliexpress experience. The only thing it is missing is to be able to filter by ship times under $xx since that's what is the longest issue in my experience. Their customer service is top notch though I will say. Joy was helping me and was a delight.

I liked Oberlo, but I love DSers. Navigation within the app is smooth and sensible. When and if you need assistance, then you are in great hands. Every time I open a chat box to reach the Support Team they are quick to respond, and they take the time to make sure all questions are answered. I just spoke with Krystal, and she was fantastic. die App ist sehr gut. Vor allem aber, dass man ein/e Ansprechpartner/in findet, wenn man irgendwelches Problem hat. Das ist sehr wichtig bei allen Dienstleistungsanbieter. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und hoffe ich es, nicht zurück zu halten
