10/10 customer service and service of the software in general. Chloe was so helpful and kind, solved all my problems and was extremely quick to reply. I had an issue with confirming a shipping order and Vivian at Dsers really helped calm me down. She reviewed what I was having trouble with and patiently explained what needed to be done. She then went in and addressed my issue, and it was resolved in no time. Vivian is the best!!
