I had a problem with one of my orders not showing up as an open order, so I wasn't able to order it. I contacted DSers. through messenger and Via responded. She was very helpful and very efficient. She found out the mapping wasn't in place as it should have been. That is something would have taken me quite a while to figure out and she had it fixed in matter of minutes. Customer support is very good with DSers and Via was great today!
