Excellent support and resolution. DSers support was outstanding, and Sandy in particular was extremely helpful. My account had incorrect information tied to it, which was blocking fulfillment for my Shopify store. Sandy took the time to understand the issue, corrected the account details, and made sure everything was properly aligned so fulfillment could move forward without issues. Clear communication, fast action, and competent support from start to finish. This is exactly how support should work. I appreciate the professionalism and follow through. Highly recommend DSers, and special thanks to Sandy for getting this resolved quickly and correctly.

Today I had one query with my order in Dsers but in a seconds I got connected with Luna who is master in customer service and she helped me within minutes to fix my issue and I'm surprised how good it is and how quick it is.
