After getting excellent customer service and support from people like Minnie, Chris, Eden and Bella. The only thing I'm not happy with is the long shipping time between order and receipt. The prices of shipping are a lot unless you're willing to wait for your order. At this time of year, most aren't wanting to wait that long.

太棒了，居然能提供中文客服。牛逼！！！美女客服特别热情专业有耐心。我成功解决了自动提交跟踪号码的问题。 Awesome! ! ! It's fantastic that they can offer Chinese client service. The lovely customer service is upbeat, competent, and patient. I was able to remedy the issue with the automated sending of tracking numbers.

Luna gave me great support. HOP TIP EVERYONE: DONT EVER DELETE YOUR SHOPIFY ITEMS FROM YOUR DSERS AS YOU CAN NEVER GET THEM BACK!! Instead, "Hide" them... I didn't know there was a "Hide" button. So annoying!!

Es una aplicacion increiblemente eficiente y con un servicio al cliente 5 Estrellas, me atendio Mia y realmente dije: Wow, en menos de 1 minuto el problema estaba resuelto, LITERAL. Lo mas sorprendente para mi es que esto fue por el chat de FB, siempre solia comunicarme por correo. Realmente amo esta app, Mia una gran colaboradora, super eficiente, Mi salvadora. ♥

Great App, a must have for all DSers. And the customer service is out of this world. They took time to understand the problems i was having, kindly explained it to me using simple to follow steps and screen shots. Just amazing and i highly recommend!

j'utilise cette application pour automatiser mes commandes avec Aliexpress, grace à des personnes comme victoria qui m'a été d'une grande aide ce matin, je recommande vivement cette application. Elle m'a accompagné avec le plus grand calme et m'aidé à résoudre un problème que je traine depuis une semaine. je suis contente d'avoir contacter le service client et de surtout tomber sur même si je me doute bien que tout le service client doit aussi professionnel et à l'écoute

14/01 - Another Update: Trying to process an order but I had a lot of trouble. Sandra messaged me back within a few moments and helped me to solve the problem withing just a few minutes. I can highly recommend DSERS and I thank Sandra for her support. I want to update my review from today's date because I encountered a second problem and Sherry has been absolutely fantastic to me!! she dealt with my complex problem swiftly and efficiently. She is a credit to the Dsers Team! I had a problem processing an order as it was failing at first but when I contacting customer support Catalina was extremely helpful and sorted the issue out for me within no more than 5 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly this was resolved for me. Thank you for your speed and efficiency!
