I have been using Oberlo for the past three years and when emigrated to Dsers, I was afraid to get stuck with the new platform. Today, I contacted customer service and was happy with the prompt reply and professional attitude from Via. I would like to thank Via for her support - she even created a video for me to understand the process and she also shared screenshots to ensure that I completely get the steps. Très bon service. La personne est à l'écoute et a compris parfaitement mes 3 demandes. Pour chacune d'entre elles , le conseiller DSERS a trouvé une solution. Un grand bravo. le temps d'attente était de zéro seconde, la personne a répondu tout de suite au chat en ligne. Une grand merci et belle journée.

I was a bit confused at the beginning as people are in general when a change is happening(changed from oberlo to dsers) and I admit, the experience is really good, way more professional and the best part is that I had some questions and I contacted support on messeger and Jessica was there for me to answer all the question in a very professional manner. Great Dropshipping App with wide ring of products and customer support is awesome Joey was helpful and assist me with order, you can find all suppliers and map products with in the app in addition to that order tracking it really helps and save time.

Glad to have migrated to Dsers. Noticed that Dsers has made further improvements in the app to ease my work in many ways. Supplier optimizer is also a very helpful feature. Very quick response to my queries and very detailed in resolving my queries. For me, I give 5 stars.

J'utilise depuis peu cette application et ne suis pas encore familiarisée avec toutes les fonctionnalités. Et justement j'ai obtenu beaucoup d'entre aide de la part du support qui est très réactif et en particulier en la personne qui se prénomme "Villanelle".
