I haven't had an order yet so I can't comment on that, but the customer service is 10/10 - I reached out via facebook messenger, got connected to a real person right away! Rfimp not only answered my questions but he also provided me with screenshots of exactly what to do, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I am not great with technology, so having support like this makes me way more comfortable moving forward! Thanks Rfimp!

I needed help and fast. Because I never know what I'm doing here. I reached out to chat and after a brief wait I got Selena and she saved me fast. She was polite and lovely. My issue was fixed immediately and it was definitely my fault but she was confident and got me through it!

The support team is great; Sandy, specifically, was excellent! I was having trouble fulfilling an order, and she helped me. She walked me through everything step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Thanks to her, I got my order sorted out without issues.
