I just migrated my store to DSers from Oberlo. The migration went very well. Lena from DSers was a great help! There were some data transfer concerns I had after migration to DSers from Oberlo and she was able to help me with all of them. Thank you!

I just transferred my store's data from Oberlo to DSers. I was a little nervous about it. But everything occurred smoothly. I did have a question about an error message I received and ended up working with Helen who provided me prompt assistance to resolve the matter.

I was afraid when I had to switch over to Dsers. Afraid I was going to have to learn a hole new system. All the headaches I would have to go thru again. Not here the customer service is the best. I chatted with someone today name Zoe. Simply the best. Top notch.

Works just as seamlessly as Oberlo used to. Had a bit of confusion with my first order and one of their customer reps walked me through it in minutes. The service was fantastic (thank you Bit!). Good customer support, good product.

Very pleased with the customer service. Villanelle was quick to respond and fully understood my situation as I am just starting off with their service. Problem solved quickly and effectively. Short learning curve in the beginning but once you get going it gets easier.

I had issues with mapping on an order, and i was so pleasantly surprised by Chris with DSERs help!. He literally walked me through each of the steps i needed to take to complete it. He didnt get tired of my borderline retarded questions and was patient AND EAGER enough to help me with my remaining issues. Thanks Chris! DSER's doing a great job, im glad we swapped from Oberlo!

Can't complain. I used Oberlo before DSERS, this app is much better due to it being able to use the Aliexpress API, and it doesn't block random products like Oberlo. Tang was also great as support.
