I am really surprised to get Mr. Sans' quick reply to my e-mail this morning and his answered my questions very friendly, professionally, which makes me very happy. I personally I do not think I can find a better one than DEser to cooperate with. I will share more with pleasure after our delivery is finished soon. Thank you again Sans!

Contacted DSers after I had an issue with one of my suppliers not having something in stock for a customer... their live chat agent was able to handle the situation in minutes and I had no issues. EXTREMLELY SATISFIED!
