I reach out to Dsers customer support via Facebook Chat, and I have been assisted by "Lena from DSers" with my issue as my order wasn't properly mapped and her support was outstanding. She was very patient, friendly, professional and took the time to make the right selection on my account thus to fix my issue. She waited to ensure my issue is resolved before resuming the chat. I am very thankful for this.
