Zoey is the BOMB! I was so excited to see my first order but I couldn't seem to get it paid to release it. I hit up support and Zoey helped me identify the issue and correct it in just a few clicks! She sent links and screenshots that all I did was click and solve the issue forever! Excellent support, super fast and super knowledgeable! Thank you so much! Now I can officially celebrate my first sale!

Excellent support and fast resolution! I had an issue with an old deleted Shopify store still showing in my DSers account and blocking product imports. The DSers support team quickly understood the problem and resolved it efficiently. They were professional, patient, and very clear in their communication. Everything is now working perfectly, and I can import products from my active store without any issues. Highly recommend DSers for dropshipping — great tool backed by a helpful support team!

today i got an order on Dsers but due to the limitation of the Shipping option by the Main supplier i was unable to fulfilled that order till i ask for help in customer care and today Ms. Luna she assigned to me and supported me well by explaining the whole process and also, i had some doubts for which she help me to clarify it and made smooth order execution i believe with DSers i will have more opportunity to grow my store in the MENA region.
