DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

Moved over from Oberlo due to their new integration. Overall positive, however I much prefer the look and layout that Oberlo had as seems cleaner and more user friendly. Had a couple of questions with my first order being placed in DSers, then the customer asking to change colour. Their support was good and gave me advice and screenshots to make cancelling and re-ordering easy. Good team and very helpful. Today another issue and Krystal was super helpful and knowledeagble too :) Have downgraded the rating as the integration did not take care of shipping so when Oberlo removed it my goods would not ship as no shipping profile. No advice on this and Shopify useless. I lost almost a month with no bookings and was not aware until a customer told me they could not buy as says wont ship to their country. Also the dashboard layout, the upload of new products from Dsers to Shopify is clunky and unfriendly. Can´t see eassily where to amned product details, the price updates and when stock low is really not easy to use. I feel that I am going to have to find another more suitable programme.

I had some troubles to manage this plugin, I was able to chat and fix that on messenger in 5 mn, Meena was very helpful ! Like some other customers here, I think oberlo was more user friendly too... I will need some time to get familiar with Dsers

Just migrated from Oberlo, so far it has been very smooth and everything seems to work fine! They even have more features than the paid plan in Oberlo for a better price. It's awesome with 24/7 customer support just had a lovely chat with Villanelle who was awesome and assisted me with my questions :) Recommend this app :)

Villanelle was a great help, very fast responses and got the issue fixed in no time. 100% recommend! *Update - had an issue with Fulfilment label in Shopify - spoke to live chat - super quick and super helpful. Great Customer service.

Since Oberlo shut down I have bee using DSers I love the simplicity of Oberlo but the Robustness and automation of DSers is by far superior! higly recomended above any other app!

Migrated from Oberlo. Was eager to get started and fulfil my orders. Being new to the platform i had a few things i needed help with. I spoke with Nephele on their 24/7 facebook chat and they have been so so helpful. Instant responses with detail explanations and screenshots. Would recommend and don't hesitate to switch from oberlo. So many more features

I have to say that I was having an issue with a different supplier that seemed to be constantly dropping the ball on me. My customer service agent at DSers was OUTSTANDING!!! Every item that was an issue with my other supplier that I could not get sent out was fixed here and every item that was a problem has been found, sourced and is being processed!
